Well, I'm only an hour away, by plane!!
I've been threatening to go to France for a w/end to see my friends in Nantes but haven't got around to that yet.
Would be great for us all to get together!
Your place or mine? Hehehehehehehehehe!
How about Ramsay Street instead???
We might get Fletch to come then, especially if you hold it in his garden...ah but it will be winter then!
Have to have it next door where an English family (really) live. Bet they'd be up for that! They are good sports.
They sign autographs and answer questions all the time and chose to live in the Street.

Can you imagine it if we all turned up in the Street to celebrate your birthday!!
I heard, a few years ago, about a child who had a birthday party on Concorde. He was allowed to ask several friends to fly with him to America for the day to celebrate his birthday! Wonder what he did for his next birthday, or when he got to 18 or 21??
PS Don't try to fly on Concorde, you might have a long wait for the next flight! They have even given away the large model of concorde that used to greet people on the roundabout at the entrance to Heathrow. They said that anyone who wanted it could have it: the only problem was the space to put? Like it needed the size of a row of houses to put it! Haven't heard where it went, but it has gone.

Oh Maria, who'd go out of their way for Liverpool?
Football I mean. What's the place called where they kick a ball around?
I used to live not far from Liverpool and I dreamt that Alan had bought a house up in the mountains in Wales (but not that far from L'pool). I could take you there if you like! In my dream I was taking all of us off this site to see him but I hadn't got the address so it was the blind leading the blind, as it were. It was when I woke up that I realised where the cottage was situated! But in my dream we were all driving up from London in several cars and I was guiding the rest.

I can imagine you had a very jealous Fletch at the other end of the email Maria! The atmosphere in Athens will be fantastic I'm sure - I need to decide which pub I'm going to go to to watch it.
