i agree jillian, if kewell can get round the brazilian defence and get some crosses in, viduka can take advantage cos he's good in the air and their keepers rubbish.

Well done the Aussies - bring on Brazil! Can't think why I support them.

No I think footies good to have on, it encourages exercise, give people something to focus on and a weird sence of patriotism! (if thats a word) however do they really have to cancel New tricks to put it on, I was well looking forward to that! Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!!

i was suprised he played also, but not suprised he was rubbish. he was clearly still injured. apart from the shot he had just after Nakamuras goal, all he did was dive everytimesomeone was near him!

as i remember, he liked to dive a bit at leeds as well, but you've got to admit he was awesome there and one of your best players at the time. he's steadily getting better at liverpool, but didnt play for ages cos of injury. dont remember him getting injured much at leeds.

yeh. he liked a dive. remember he dived at pride park to get us a 90th minute penalty, harte scored, we won 1-0 and went top of the league again. oh yes.
i dont have much against kewell, i just thought he was rubbish today.
he had one bad injury at leeds, came back part way thorough champions league season

Congratulations to Rui Marques, who won his 2nd cap for Angola this evening against Mexico. For the past year, Rui could be found regularly hanging around the streets of Leeds and Hull, wearing a suit to look important.

Anyone watch tonights game? Disgusting elbow by di rossi, though the sendings off made it quite an open game! Glad USA hung on for a point. Big one tommorow, Brazil v the Roos....Think Aus iwll either pull off a surprise win, or get hammered!

Why did De Rossi even elbow Mr McBride. Was a bit random.
Also, what was David Pleat on about saying McBride pound for pound is as good as anyone int he Premiership. :S
I see his point that he's good, but there are plenty of other strikers I'd rather have/
If we were in Prem lol.
