I don't know what happened then, and I don't know what happened again.
Testing times.
On the plus side.
Did anyone watch 'The Match' on Sky One yesterday.
Blair Mcdonough (Stuart Parker) has been selected in the final squad as a centre half.

Kevin Blackwell sacked by Leeds Utd. Wonder who's next for the hot seat at Elland Road?

Indeed Mr Pigeon head has gone.
I'm sad reallyas I liked him.
Wouldn't mind Keegan or Ranieri, would put up with Curbishly as I like him but I don't think he would be any good for us.
And please no Glenn Hoddle!

The bookies fave at the moment is Denis Wise! For personal reasons i wouldnt want to see Glen Hoddle at any club or on tv - i hate the man and all the rubbish that comes out of his mouth!! but good luck to em - they should be in the premiership.

I thought I'd bring this thread alive again, by talking about how much football means to me!
I know I shouldn't, but I support two teams, Liverpool and Aldershot Town. I am like a few people here in supporting Liverpool. I have done ever since I watched the '92 FA cup final at the age of 7. It was the first match I had sat though and I told my Dad I would support whoever won this particular game. Luckily Liverpool did or I may have ended up supporting Sunderland! Ian Rush and Gary Lineker were my first footballing heroes. I had every Liverpool shirt since the 94/95 season and they are still circulating in my family in hand-me-downs. I have only seen Liverpool play 5 times, but I have been to Anfield countless number of times. Whenever we travel up north, be it to visit relatives or go on holiday, I always persuade my Dad to detour to Anfield, no matter how far it takes us out of our way! One of my memories of seeing a game is being about 10 feet from the dug outs, and Micheal Owen sitting right there. On the other side of the tunnel from me. I had a huge crush on him and thought I might die! He was injured, so dressed in a suit that made him look 10 times more gorgeous than I had ever seen him look before. It was the Tottenham game from the 97/98 season (I think) and we were 2-0 down at half time, but clawed back to win it 3-2. When we scored the 3rd goal Michael leaped 10 foot in the air and you would never have thought he was injured! All Liverpool fans probably remember where they were that night in Istanbul. I was working! I got caught on camera walking backwards and forwards to the canteen to catch as much as the game as I could, and received a disciplinary. It was worth it though! My other team is my local team, Aldershot Town. As soon I started taking an interest in football, he took me to see them, to try and get me to support at least one of his teams. (His other team is Chelsea, I could never support them!) I loved the atmosphere and was hooked instantly. My Dad keeps reminding me that at my first game I kept asking when the commentators were going to start over the tannoy! My Dad and I are season ticket holders, although Aldershot haven't had a good season so far. We still hope they make the play-off's and can get into the football league. Finger's crossed.
Just to finish with a fact about me- I have played for Hampshire Girls U16's 5 times!
